Hunters Run Subdivision was founded in 1994 and developed by R & R, Inc. There are currently 184 single-family residential homes in the subdivision. Hunters Run has 50 newly developed homesites for sale, complete with water, sanitary, and storm sewer. These 50 homesites are ready for new home construction! Future plans consist of another 200 new single-family homesites to be developed.

The Subdivision is located in the newest residential growth area of the village. Hunters Run is located on the north side of Armour Road just 1.5 miles east of Rte 50 and close to Exit 315 on I-57.
