Hunters Run Subdivision is making homeownership available to more families by using residential contract sales plans. If you are tired of renting and getting nowhere with the rent payments, Hunters Run has options for you.

Hunters Run is looking to add to the community a hard working family with adequate income who makes good financial decisions and desires to live in a new home. We have residential contract sales plans that may fit your particular needs. No bank qualification is required. Credit score alone will not disqualify. Homeownership is available despite a recent bankruptcy, foreclosure, divorce, or other family tragedy. 

If you desire to build later, we have an installment contract sale plan available for developed lots. Lots are available with a downpayment.
